2026 OT Plus Color??? (1 Viewer)

Just signed up to this forum and love the site. So filled with great information and ideas.

I put a despot on a GX OT+ in color Earth and now I am second guessing my decision since I have always been in white SUV’s. I love the color earth but in certain lighting conditions it comes off a little on the gold side with some yellow in it. I would like to hear from others who have this color or thought about going with the color earth what their thoughts are. I can always switch to white or I also like the incognito color.

I have attached photos of the same vehicle at my dealer that is a new 2025. I test drove it but decided on ordering a 2026.

I think Earth is an awesome color. Mix it up a bit and go for it! White is boring (beautiful on the GX, but still)

Welcome bud! I was also inclined towards Earth but simply fell in love with Incognito and have loved it every day since July 2024!
I'd say go to the dealer and check out the colors first hand but that is obviously not possible as no one has many sitting around on any given day... Happy shopping!

Earth OT+ here and I appreciate the color every time I walk out to the car. It's subtle and unique enough that it doesn't scream "look at meeee!" I have only seen 1 other in the wild so far and have owned it since July 2024.

Earth owner here - was the only color for me besides Nori. I had vehicles with the more traditional colorways and wanted to do something a little different.

I get lots of compliments on the color, and it looks really good when dirty. It won't have the shine of some of the darker colors, but it does hide imperfections pretty well. I don't think there is any yellow in there, nor do I think of gold when I see it.

It will also be a pretty desirable color from a resale standpoint as well if that matters to you.

At the end of the day, there are a ton of options for the GX, and I don't think it looks bad in any of them.

I think Earth is a super cool and unique color. I really like it. I got mine in Incognito which I like as well but it seems to also be VERY popular.

Earth was honestly my first choice, but that Atomic Silver just kept calling me. You really can’t go wrong with any of the colors on the GX. Good luck!

It’s tough because they all look so good - like you can’t pick just one. FWIW, the earth is very solid and looks much better in person than in pics. For me I was hell bent on Atomic silver, but found a Carviar available, then of course scoured YouTube and google for pics and realized I had to have Caviar. I doubt you’ll go wrong either way - good luck !

What I can say for sure no matter the color I am very excited to get a GX OT +. I have always driven either full size ford expeditions or suburbans for my business and look forward to down sizing my vehicle. I’m at the point in my career to turn over all of the physical labor to my installers and just do sales. My wife has always driven Lexus ES models for the last three decades and she is now going with the NX suv.. For my own personal vehicle it will be my first Lexus and I have always been very impressed with the service and quality of the Lexus brand.

Love this forum as it seems to be a great group of folks on it.

Earth owner here. I wanted white, toyed with swapping with another member to get white. I love the storm trooper look on cars. Saw a white in person after we got ours and it had a lot of pearl to it. Didn't feel like it felt an off roader but gorgeous paint on the other models. Wife loves Earth after not caring and I now really like it too.

I have joked that if someone offers us $5k over what we paid, I will see and get back on the list for an OT+. Wife's only comment is it has to be in the same color.

Other nice thing is the earth is meant to hide dirt which it does a nice job of compared to our other cars.
