Brake Failure (1 Viewer)

All - I have a gX550 with 3,500 miles that had a brake failure. Fluid leaked out into the master cylinder meaning it wasn’t available for the brake system to use. Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks

2025 gx550 luxury. Just simple on road driving. It has very much been babied.

Super scary - not an acceptable failure mode for any new vehicle. Sorry to hear you had such an extreme experience.

Nothing like that on my car. I've personally flushed my brake fluid and checked for leaks around the master cylinder & ABS pump, and my vehicle has no signs of leaks.

Did you get any warnings before the brakes failed? Usually there's an indicator if the reservoir is low, so I'm hoping the GX has that functionality for us in rust-prone areas. I've had my fair share of rusted, leaky brake lines - including on a 100 series LX.
