Well, that didn't take long... 5,500 miles in and a deer got me... Heartbreaking... I LOVE this vehicle and fell violated, lol. Jan. 27th body shop drop off. Fender is on back order. $6,500 to fix

Bummer, at least it's repairable and not over the vehicle value! Makes the ARB type bumpers seem like cheap insurance. Not sure ARB has a GX550 version yet. Thought I saw a LC259 version, maybe prototype though.

Ouch, sorry!

That's atomic silver, right? Please let us know how the color match turns out!

I live Bucks/Montgomery county area and the deer on roads are worse this than in the past. Good luck with your repair.

I cancelled my GX550 order and will wait until the 2026 model and the first year bugs are fixed.
BTW - I recently hit a male buck at 40 MPH with my 2007 Hummer (has a front brush grille guard). Deer flew 40 feet across the road... not even a scratch on my Hummer.

Having second thoughts about given up my Hummer with 268K miles.... my mechanics nicked it the "black tank" and say it is indestructible... should last another 250K miles with proper maintenance. ☺

If you are willing to wait, why do dont you wait for the next gen gx. I'm pretty sure the next gen gx will have all the bugs fixed from the previous gen

I agree, this is the worst road kill season I've seen. Live in Bucks and cover up and down the turnpike for work. Lehigh Valley is crazy with road kill.

Congratulations, I guess. The male bucks tend to do more damage than female bucks.
