I have a 2025 OT+ with 5 months of service and 4,500 miles. Three times the engine did not turn over, with a message that the key was not connected. Once with the wallet key and twice with the electronic key. Every time the key was in my pocket within three feet of the ignition.
The fix is to hold the key next to the start button and then press the start button.
This doesn't sound normal to me. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
