What up guys , finally decided to get wheels for the GX! But I’m having trouble with these new tpms sensors from AUTEL.

I know the easy route was to get the tpms sensors removed from the old wheels and swapped them over but has anyone successfully clone new sensors and doesn’t have any issues ? Right now it would read the autel sensors but after driving it around it would lose sync or something and the TPMS light would reappear again after clearing the DTC.

These GX's have a "Learn by Drive" system that should calibrate to the new TPMS the more you drive it. Should only take a few trips.

I think it only applies to OEM sensors . So I tried to clone autel sensors with the original sensors ID , this way it still reads the same ID that’s already been stored. It sort of work but then the light will pop up and again and when I scan for DTC it’s saying it’s missing the 5th wheel which is the spare. I don’t know if I should get another Autel sensor and replace it for the spare or just bring my old wheels to the tire shop and have them swap them over the original one over. Shit is annoying AF LOL

Not sure what you did. I just installed 4 new sensors and kept the original TPMS for the spare when I changed out the tire.
