Heat Seats, Steering wheel warmer and Venting Issues (1 Viewer)

I also think the heated seats and steering wheel aren't very hot (compared to about every other car I have been in that has them - the heated seats in a Kia will burn your a$$!).

I also found the (face) vents blow hardly any air, even when only "face" is selected. I have messed with every fricken setting possible and it doesn't make a bit of difference. I am thinking I may have a bad actuator and will have this addressed when I take it in for my 10k service. I can hear a lot of noise from inside the dash (the fan is blowing hard), but not much out of the face vents.

For the face vents, try to turn off the S-Flow function and see if that helps. For testing purposes, you can set the AC to Lo, not Auto, and highest fan and go from there by changing the settings.

Also, the heaters on my OT are very weak compared to other Lexus vehicles and almost all other cars I drove.

Please report this. That’s how these recalls happen. Not only report it to the dealership and make sure they note it but call the 800 number on my other post. They will open a case. And yes if you turn off S flow it helps. S flow makes air only point to certain seats that are occupied. For some reason, it comes on automatically sometimes.

I can confirm my Lux+ w/ massaging seats has significantly weaker heated seats than the loaner Premium+ they gave me.

It's warm enough for me, but it is disappointing.
