2025 OT. How do I remove these rails and what do I need to do that?

The front and rear caps pop off with a pry tool. The middle caps are u shaped pull outwards the sides of the car. Unscrew all visible bolts

are you going with no rails at all? here are the parts needed for the roof rail delete. Can buy the parts from Toyota or Lexus. go with whichever is cheaper
