Hi, the scratches on the interior B pillar from the seat belt clip are getting worse.

No matter how careful when releasing the seat belt the interior continues to get scratches and nicks on the plastic trim. I have never had a vehicle do this before and never had to pay extra care when releasing the seat belt. Is this an accepted Lexus defect or is it covered under warranty or a TSB? The rest of the interior looks brand new but this section has so much wear and tear from just normal usage that would not damage another vehicle.

Thanks!
