I looked into buying accessories from Canada. Curious about the tariff situation, I asked the supplier about their experience with them. Their reply:
Our products technically fall under the CUSMA exemption, meaning no tariffs should apply, and most of the orders that have gone out have skated by with zero tariffs, or sometimes in the 2.5%-10% range. On a few very bad occasions some customers were hit with 50%. We try to fight customs but they are so bogged down right now that it hasn't worked out, even if you have a solid case. That is the most honest information I can provide

Has anyone had direct experience with importing accessories from Canada or Europe? (not interested in the side topic of why you (I) should buy American made products)
