Multi-information display disappeared

Yesterday after a fuel stop on a road trip I start up and no HUD and very limited Multi display. Just speed (digital), fuel gauge, oil pressure and battery. No tach or speedo, none of the other customizable info, no 3 layouts to choose. Just a black screen with very little on it, like whatever generates the graphics for that and the HUD died and it went into some sort of "failsafe" mode. A few more fuel stops and same. After the fourth stop and restart, everything is back to normal and has been ever since. Anybody else experience this?

This just happened to me too, did you end up taking it to the dealership? Or has it happened again?

I spoke with my service person at the dealer and we decided no point bringing it in if it’s back to normal. That’s been five weeks ago and it has been fine ever since.
