) waiting for my car to be delivered for a few weeks. Originally it was supposed to be here at the beginning of the month but I guess there have been delays at the port that are holding things up. I’m getting the Lux+ in Nori Green with Tan interior and captains seats for the dogs to be able to roam around. Lux wasn’t my preferred trim but I’m up against the clock because my transmission in my current car is failing and the color combo/seat configuration was right so I jumped at the opportunity versus waiting much longer for my trim preference.
I’ve never really been a car person but this one has got me more excited than I’ve ever been for a car. I’ve also never had a brand new car. I’ve always been a used car person, so any insights on how to handle maintaining and owning a new car would be appreciated. I want to make sure that I’m doing everything that I can to ensure this car lasts a long time.
I’ve got some small mods planned for now just to improve functionality like the hatch light, seat back protectors, possibly a roof rack (looking at the victory 4x4 short rack) and swapping out the wheels and tires. I’m not a fan of the 22in stock wheels so I plan to swap them out with the OT 18” wheels.
Anyway, look forward to getting it and updating as I go.
