Can I simply purchase the adjustable headrests for my base Premium model and plug & play?

I’d love the adjustable ones.

Are you talking about swapping into an overtrail? The OT headrests do adjust forward and back. I didn’t realize it until recently. They don’t tilt like most, rather they slide forward and back. Hope that’s helpful.

How do you adjust these forward or back? I am able to pull it forward but it keeps sliding to the back? ‘25 OT+ trim here

Starting from the rear it will click forward one click then another then another until you reach the full forward position then it will slide all the way back. Then you can repeat the cycle over again.
