I don't know if this is common knowledge but there are several Youtube videos on the subject of Lexus/Toyota sharing driving habits (fast acceleration, hard cornering, hard stopping....) with other sources which may impact your insurance. I did do research and found that if you want to stop this you need to submit your requests to EMAIL privacy@arity.com, Toyota.Privacy.Team@toyota.com, fcra-notice@connectedanalyticservices.com,

I don't know if this will do anything because of their comment in the 5th paragraph where they say they will still share with "Lexus Insurance CO".

We expect to complete the request within fifteen (15) business days. We will inform you once we have completed processing within our systems and have notified third parties of your request, where required by law. Your request will then be closed.

If you wish to exercise your rights with these entities, you will need to do so by contacting them directly.
