OT Plus, replace fixed running boards with automatic version.

I recall reading but can't find the post where someone was told Lexus could replaced the fixed rails on the OT+ with automatic sliders found on the luxury plus model but my dealer told me that it was not possible. Anyone else have any luck?

I need deployable running boards as well. I really want to get the OEM part numbers and have them installed. I don’t like the way the fixed runner boards look and they aren’t very practical for older relatives to ge up in the vehicle…. This doesn’t seem to be a complicated ask, but no one seems to have a solution yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated…grandma will be stoked!

My wife got a quote from the dealer for this… $23,500. $11k for each side and $1,500 for labor.
