Same thing happened to ours! So disappointing - when Lexus fixes it, does it just keep happening? Yikes...

The ring around my thermostat popped off the other night mysteriously. My wife says she didn't do it, just found it in the cup holder. Thankfully it just popped back in place.

Lexus fixed it and it has been fine ever since.
