What's everyone doing for recalibrating the speedo when upsizing tires?

I realize it's early on in the GX550 run and from what I've seen with our Jeeps/Power Wagon, it usually takes companies a bit of time to come up with a programmer that can adjust for tire size but it's our first Lexus and wondered what others have seen in maybe the 460. Wouldn't surpise me if we can do it in the vehicle settings as Lexus seems to have really gone all out building this thing for offroaders, which is why we joined this club, but it's my wife's ride so I'm lucky to even be aloud to drive the thing let alone fiddle around with the settings (half joking, but not really 🤔 ). Thanks!

The dealership I bought my GX from said it can’t be recalibrated on any Lexus. Only Toyota vehicles can be recalibrated which is stupid. We got 35” tires on ours and it’s roughly 4-5 mph off when you hit 60 mph+.

I can't complain about my OT. Every time I go by one of these speed machines on the side of the road, my OT seems to be right on the same reading. First vehicle I have ever owned that did read so close to a roadside speed machine. My 4 Runner was off high about 2 mph, my wife's Audi is off high about 1 mph.
If you change tires, try to keep the same circumference of the tread as the factory tires that came on it. If you really want to experiment, get on a website that has tire sizes that you can experiment with the circumference and play with that to see how you can change how many rotations in a mile you travel which will affect the indicated speed of the vehicle - higher rotations = higher speed - I THINK!
