Transmission growling noise with light throttle tap partially fixed with L-SB-0042-25 (4 Viewers)

Hi all, I want to report that from day one with my 2024 550, I’ve experienced a transmission growling noise around 10 and 27mph when I light tapped the throttle. Dealer was reluctant to perform the bulletin, but when they connected the vehicle to their servers, they did go through and apply the software update. The manager told me that they are seeing this as a common issue in the 2024s and the software update doesn’t completely fix the growling noise but it does minimize it. I would say it’s about 70% less now. I still notice the transmission growling a bit and hunting around 35mph. Anyway, hope this helps someone if you’re seeing the same noise.
