USA missed out on a fourth led headlight bulb? (1 Viewer)

Does anyone know what this fourth light does (below the regular three bulbs) on an overseas GX? High-beam? Reminds me of an Audi Q8 how they have a similar bulb in the lower end corners of the headlight.
