I've similar magnetic motion lights in my office, garage, and side yard for years. It's nice to just have them come on automatically as you walk around. I guess I should slap a couple up there under my shelf too.

Received my Victory 4x4 shelf in mid August 2 days before a major trip. I did contact them about the discrepancy in number of holes shown on their product description pictures.. They confirmed I would be getting the one with fewer and larger holes. and that I could cancel order if I wanted. Time didn't allow that. The larger holes suck. I already have had stuff fall through them. Obviously will need to add something to cover holes in certain areas. Will also have to get bigger base plates for spanning holes when attaching Quick Fists or other Molle attachments. I have had Victory 4x4 gear for years and they have been great. But the hole configuration on this one was a solid miss.

This is my solution for the shitty larger holes:

Amazon.com: 24"x48"x 1/8" ABS Plastic Sheet Textured Front Smooth Back Vacuum Forming THERMOFORMING : Industrial & Scientific

The plastic sheet arrives today. I have some self-adhesive thin black "carpet" leftover and I'll put it on the cargo side of this plastic sheet so it's not too slick.

Victory owes me 30 bucks.

According to JW Offroad's website the holes on their shelves are smaller. Victory 4x4 and their sister company, Jcr Offroad, both sell the shelf although the Jcr Offroad shelf is for Broncos and XJs only. And guess what? The holes on the shelves from Jcr Offroad are all the smaller style. Go figure.
