@YellowLab Nice! Were you able to reuse the stock exhaust bolt and spring?
Yes - bolts came off very easy with the -E10 socket. There is a gap between the OEM and AFe flange - so might replace it with a single traditional bolt versus the double end bolt. But really don’t feel like climbing under there again today.

Install was clean - did drop the spare which made getting the old exhaust out easier

@YellowLab Appreciate the tips!
Just did a few mile drive. My first impressions are that the note is different; very much like a raptor with the 6. I might need to get used to it - not to sound like a dick but feels like the GX just went down several rungs of the ‘cheap sound’ ladder - noticed this when accelerating in traffic up to say 30 mph.

I will drive some more tonight and see what I think - maybe I’m thinking about it too much.

I did a long few hour drive today. I got to thinking about the exhaust and realized that I don't even notice it (meaning notice a difference). I rolled the window down and I could hear the difference but it's just disappeared as far as normal cabin noise is concerned.

I hear ya - once I hit around 40 no difference in sound. It is the lower speed where it is sounding different. Oh well - we all have different ears. I’d bet over time it will fade.

I still hear the voices too!

Good news though - I have a very classy English shovel now to ride with. She was telling me it sounds fine.
