Got a flat on the same road a couple weeks ago, I was also aired down to 20psi. I then got E load Toyos.Took delivery 3 weeks ago, trip to Montana and through Idaho on the way back to Vegas. Popped the trail cherry on Cottonwood Pass. 3500 miles in 3 weeks. So sweet!

did you get same size Toyo AT3s and any noticeable difference in ride with their E? Just got my OT and a bit disappointed in these OEM Toyos, seem soft and not much tread depth.Got a flat on the same road a couple weeks ago, I was also at aired down to 20psi. I went up in size 275-70r18. They measure out to 33.2" vs the stock 32.6" and weigh about 10lbs more (40lbs vs 50lb). I also put on ARB MT64 shocks at the same time. The ride is better.did you get same size Toyo AT3s and any noticeable difference in ride with their E? Just got my OT and a bit disappointed in these OEM Toyos, seem soft and not much tread depth.

Are the cats even removable without taking the OEM skid plate off?I installed the NYTOP mid skid plate that also protects the catalytics from theft. As prior posts have said, it's much better than the OEM. Easy install, just 1 of the bolts was in a tight spot where I needed to use a ratcheting box wrench. It weighs about 25 lbs, the OEM probably half that or less. View from passenger sideView attachment 14064
Is that a wrap? It almost looks like Earth but no black roof.I went up in size 275-70r18. They measure out to 33.2" vs the stock 32.6" and weigh about 10lbs more (40lbs vs 50lb). I also put on ARB MT64 shocks at the same time. The ride is better.
Little loss in range (330vs315), but no noticeable loss in power.

Rippin’ a dirt?Camped in the 117 degree desert heat

It was earth with the black roof. Since I live in a desert, I wanted a lighter color roof. There wasn't an exact match for earth so I wrapped the whole vehicle in "sand storm" PPF.Is that a wrap? It almost looks like Earth but no black roof.
Bump. Im convinced you have to remove the skid plate at least partially, which would negate any benefit from an aftermarket skid plate that covers the cats. Thieves would get them either wayAre the cats even removable without taking the OEM skid plate off?
That's my buddy, unfortunately he's still a smoker. And I have hair, LOLRippin’ a dirt?![]()
The cats are easily accessible with the stock skid plate in place. Scumbag thieves could chop them out in seconds. They can certainly just unbolt an aftermarket skid plate and then chop them out but the skid plate removal will take at least a few minutes and it's a deterrent.Bump.
