Premium Plus owners:
Can anyone please explain the purpose of this extra unused fitting on the driver’s side rear suspension circled in red? It does not exist on the passenger side. Apparently it is a 90 degree bracket with an unused mounting hole brazed to the frame, and no similar bracket appears on the passenger side. Does anyone have the same setup? Right now I’m thinking it’s used in OT or Luxury setups with advanced suspension components, that are deleted in Premium trim levels. See attached photos.
