Coming from a farm in KS. #-1. 1952 Dodge 3/4 ton truck I drove to High School. #2-1960 2 door Pontiac Bonnyville with red leather interior. (Batmobile) My first purchase: 1976 Pontiac Formula Firebird. That was a "fast" car.....
1959 Renault Dauphine $200. Got me to work.
1980 5.0l mustang that was an indescribable tan, almost peach color. Absolute POS, but I loved it as a 17-18 year old. Next was an immaculate black 1984 VW GTI that I would LOVE to still own today.

Mustang is a good one as your first car. I have been a huge fan of these cars.
My first car was a 1981 Grand Wagoneer that my parents handed down to me in 1995. I was stoked with it because it had plenty of room for my friends and a huge subwoofer box I bought at a pawn shop. Life was good!
