I have never determined why the hatch will not always close and lock when you press the button. All I get is two beeps and I walk away to see if it will close. It seems to happen only when the hatch has been open for a while.

I have the same lights for my front doors. However when I installed them on the rear doors the 550 ends up projecting on the running boards because of the way the rear doors open. Could not figure out a way to change the projection angle so it would project the whole display on the ground.

Thanks. I disabled it in settings. In reading the manual I thought it was based on pressure on the back seats but the manual stated that it was based on opening the rear doors.

I am having a random issue when I get out of the vehicle I gat a notice to check my rear seats even though nobody is in the back of the vehicle. Anyone else experiencing this?

Took my first long trip of 4 hours and turned on the massage seats. After 15 minutes they turned off and needed to be manually turned on again. Is this normal? Can the timer be changed?

They don’t illuminate under any conditions. Nigh, day, lights on or off.

I have the Luxury+ and change the drive modes using the knob on the dashboard. Below that is a drive mode push button with a green light. Does anyone know what pushing that button does?

Anyone else having this problem. As you can see from the picture the circled area should have illuminated buttons for the front and rear defroster along with the volume knob. Don’t really want to have the dealer disassemble the dash to fix this.
