2024 GX550 OT Factory Roof Rack issue (2 Viewers)

I have have had my OT since 11/2024. Aside from the cabin noise that everyone (Myself included) has been complaining about, I have a new noise to add to my OT symphony. About a week ago I started to hear a hum and vibration noise coming from somewhere. This would happen between 28-35mph. Best way to discribe it is like a loud pager on vibrate if you are old enough to know what a pager sounds like. Here is what I found.. I got up on a ladder and tapped down with the palm of my hand on each crossbar, they all were solid except the third one from the front which slightly vibrated each time I would bang it with my palm. I used a couple of cable ties to run a test and the noise was gone, came back as soon as I removed the cable ties.. I will share my results with service so they can fix or replace. it looks like they can be tightened down with an allen wrench. Is it possible that crossbar is just loose and just needs to be tightened?

That roof rack is a terrible design ... you should take it off and just run the overtrail roof rails by them selves
