Hi,

I have an 2025 Overtrail+ without CoolBox.
I received at the end of August.

There are a few things I notice.
The GX seems to get very warm. sometime super hot.
Unless I put AC to super low I always seem to get hot air..

When I turn the Climate system off and I start moving it seems like air flow is coming through the vents or at least the vents near the shift stick.
When I come to a stop the Air flow stops. so it seems like air is flowing from outside then into the GX?
Or is something kicking on causing air to flow when moving.

I am not Sure if this is some S-Flow or other climate setting I may be missing.

I always disable S flow and eco mode. Using recirculate, quiets down the noise at higher speeds.

Sometimes auto mode doesn't blow hard enough so I turn it off and crank the speed up manually.

If I am reading your comment correctly, I have the same issue. I will turn off my climate and the air continues to blow (it does not matter if it is hot or cold). It's super annoying. I just took my car into the dealership for a service and brought it up. The service tech didn't seem to know much about anything and just gave me the standard "oh, that's how it is supposed to be." No, it isn't. Why would you ac/heater keep blowing air once you turn it off? That defeats the purposes of an on/off button if you ask me. It's about the only thing on this vehicle that really annoys me.

it only seems when moving.. If I come to a stop it stops.. like the air is coming through something..
Like air circulation is on/open and coming through..

Will need to test with S-flow and climate concierge all turned off.

I've done mine with both off and still have it flowing. However, the other day I hit the recirculate button and it seemed to cut it off. Frankly, not something I should have to be doing on any vehicle.

makes sense it the circulation like the vent is open and air coming through.
never seen on any other car.. good to know I am not alone..
but besides getting so warm (open windows) this odd air flow when climate is off.
I love the GX

GX460 and 4Runner both do the same thing…. Air flows through the vents while driving with the HVAC system off. Changing the setting to recirculate stops the flow of air
