dealer first visit

I am taking in my 2025 pre+ to the dealership for the complimantry service. I have taken it for 1K, 5k oil changes at my mechanic but for the free i need to get the squeaking breaks fixed. so two part question that i can't find when searching.

1- what is the brake fix and what should i expect vs what they are going to try to do?
2- there was a list of other items people have done mostly reprograming. Anyone have that thread or any pointers would be appreciated.

Squeaking came from my fronts so only the fronts were replaced not the rear. After the service, my trunk was a complete mess. The box I have all my cleaning supplies got knocked over, one spray bottle opened and spilled all over the floor mat. I checked my dash camera footage and it showed the tech slamming on the brakes multiple times, looks like for testing.

If your dealer is the same as mine, they will want to hear the squealing.

I'd recommend getting a loaner from them so they can keep it overnight. Mine only squeaked first thing in the morning.

As stated above, they only replace the front rotors, pads and add an anti squeal kit.

I didn't have any other programming done because I don't have any additional issues.

My squeaky brakes were replaced during the 5k mile service. At the one-year service, they reprogrammed the tcm because I occasionally experienced harsh downshifts. The entire service took about an hour and a half.
