Display blackout and reset during drive - anyone else? (1 Viewer)

My wife just returned from an overnight trip and on the way home today the infotainment screen and instrument cluster went black several times. Every two minutes it would go black and then return, almost like a reset. This is a 2025 Premium + with 1500 miles. First time we have seen this.
Update. My wife said the two screens would go dark every two or three minutes during the last three hours of the trip home. Although dark, you could vaguely see the data in the background, enough to barely make out the speed. Have an appointment with the dealer on Friday. I'll post the results.

The infotainment screen went out while driving, and after a few minutes, it reset and restored the display. Has happened only once. I also noticed recently that the instrument cluster display now has a green line at the top. Hard to see in daylight but definitely shows up at night. 2025 Lux+ with 1200 mi.

I've had it happen twice in 3,700 miles. Will get it addressed when it goes in for an oil change.

Also, the newest Apple MagSafe charger isn't recognized by the GX.... another thing to put on the check list!

the dealership replaced my center console screen about 2 months ago because it completely blacked out. since then it has reset itself randomly 3 times...something is up with the screens... I'm trying to get more info from lexus about this

I am curious if anyone has the 2025 model year with this same issue, maybe Lexus quietly fixed it. I am at 11k miles now, last 5k miles was good, screen has not reboot since the last time.
I have the 2025 Luxury +, just over 3000 and today while driving it went black the rebooted. So it’s still an issue

So even weirder thing happened yesterday. Put the truck in reverse, started to back out, and everything went black AND the truck shut down.

Same thing happened to my Luxury +. Went black while driving and then rebooted. That was 4 months ago and no issue since.
I just took it in for service and they could find nothing wrong. No codes at all. Technician checked any known issues and nothing. Only thing he could suggest is that maybe it did an update and rebooted. Sounded a little weird to think the system would do that while driving.

Took mine into the dealer today and was told that Lexus is working on a update on this issues. Mine gets stuck in night mode at times. Replace the brake pads and going to flash the transmission. Long delay into gear in the morning and double shift before moving. Some other small issues also. I think Lexus/Toyota has lost their way here a bit.

Update: When I took the vehicle in for 5K service, I told the service wrier about the screen going out and then rebooting. The service tech checked for error codes and didn't find any. The service writer said that if they don't see any error codes or cannot replicate the issue, there isn't anything they can do.
