First Aussie GX OT Review!!!

Damnit Lexus, from the review, the Aussie Overtrail version seems to have separate rear AC controls and the air vents above the door (cue to 11 minute mark on video) just the like Premium/Luxury trim in the USA. Why did Lexus USA shortchange us with the lack of air vents on our US overtrail trim?? Anyone knows the reason?

We only get one OT version here in Aus, not sure why the OT+ in the US spec is different.
