GX 550 Rough Acceleration at Highway Speeds (4 Viewers)

Anyone having issues with poor acceleration at interstate speeds to include jerking and skipping when increasing speeds upward of 75 and 80 on the interstate. Mainly when starting up hills. Taking it back to the dealer for the third time next week. Last visit, the head tech drove it with me in it and said he felt it but thought it was due to the gas we were using. Suggested we step up to a top tier fuel. Premium fuel is already selling at a premium price and now they are asking us to add another 20 to 30 cents per gallon. My wife and I are thinking it's time to consider trading to something else. Hate the thought of doing that since we both love the 550. Just checking to see if anyone else is having a similar experience.

No. But I’ve only ever used Premium gas.
