According to the official specs, the height for a Premium+ is 75.59”. So you were 0.6” too tall for 6’3” clearance even without your cross bars. Add however high those stick up beyond the flush roof rails, and you should be good. 6’6” or 6’7” should be the minimum clearance you’re wanting for comfort.
Guess it depends on how much height is added by the cross bars. I have the factory roof rack which adds just under three inches of height over the roof rails, and I’ve gone to a parking garage in a city that is 6’7” (79”) with no issue.
