I just picked up a take off rack from a LC owner and assembled the two main sections using the small torx screws (with red loctite) after everything, I have 14 of those screws left. Any idea on where those are supposed to go? I looked all over and couldn’t find anywhere else to put them. In addition to those screws, I just have the main mounting bolts left for the brackets. Appreciate the help!
there are 3 pairs of 2 torx bolts on each side that go through the washers and washer plates, and then 1 bolt on each front side. Illustrated below, check the Toyota install guide
Got it! Forgot about what was needed to mount the rack on the brackets! LOL appreciate the help!
no problem, just take your time when you lift the rack on top and avoid scratching paint. Line up all those 14 torx bolt holes to brackets (stanchions) and only a slight finger tight all those torx bolts before you use the ratchet. Send pics when done!

Not sure on the Land Cruiser rack - but have seen those prices on the overtrail rack - which is a dog.

As with so many of these - someone offering it for that price with only 3 postings on the Landcruiser forum raises eyebrows for fraud
Yeah....that listing could actually be fraud but I sold mine for $500 locally after not being able to sell it for more.

I’m thinking the Cale75 on that forum is a fraud.
