Trying to reach someone at Lexus in Japan for a specific question - but could not find much on the web beyond a non-english phone number. Lexus North America was completely useless -kept referring me back to my local dealer.

Anyone have a contact or thoughts?

For what its worth, I had the same experience with NA Lexus when it comes to technical questions. I emailed them to ask about running a smaller diameter spare tire and they basically told me to reach out to my dealers service department.

I called them and they were very pleasant - had me over for a great dinner. But in the end like Lexus North America they just referred me back to my local dealer.
