Just picked up my 26’ Overtrail last week.

Less than one month from initial dealer contact. MSRP paid, no mark-up. Very pleased with the vehicle and dealer experience.

Live in Colorado. Contacted about 10 dealerships and was added to their respective waitlist. Gave sub-model, OT or OT+, two color choices and was indifferent to interior color.

Just put deposit down on a Nori OT+. No cool box, no traffic jam assist and no moonroof. Should be built by 2031. Can't wait.

Just got a call from the dealer and Lexus picked my order up. There is a VIN but not sure if it's just a place holder. If you don't want a moon roof, cool box or traffic jam assist, I highly recommend giving Lexus of Warwick a call in Rhode Island. Ask for Michael Huling. Its been a great experience so far.

Now to get wheels (Vossen or Rays) to replace the awful 22" (for my purposes anyway) with 18" off road tires and line up skid plates, etc.

Gave my deposit for a 26' Overtrail Plus two weeks ago. I get the disappointing text every morning...

Called a local dealership about a used 25 premium plus. Got an allocation for a 26 P+ for less money. Deposit placed and should be delivered 2-4 weeks. No markup and had the unwanted PIOs and DIOs removed.

Thanks! Test drove both and couldnt tell the difference with the speakers (maybe im crazy) and dont care about the massage seats. Got some of the other add-ons though. Not sure if the Nori is just popular or whats up, I feel like 12 months is a pretty long wait and am thinking about calling around soon to find abandoned ones in transit and just making a compromise.

Put down deposit Oct 7 ‘25 for an OT with chateau in either white, black, green, or silver.

Scheduled to pick it up next week. Agonizing 9 months but it’s a first world problem.

My wife needed the lower step in height of the power step- reason I had to trade the Raptor. Put a skid plate on it and will swap out the (awful to me) wheels and tires and replace with Vossen 18".

If I had gone with a OT, at least at my dealer, the wait would have been much longer. They do not receive much allocation on OT. As they described, they get allocation on what they sell and they can only sell what they receive allocation on. So for them Prem & Lux and + packages.

Sounds like a miserable system Lexus has for dealer allotment.

Not sure if you did this, but putting your name down at multiple dealers (local and out of state) will give you the best shot at getting something quicker. Working with only one dealer will limit your ability to get what you want since it seems there is no rhyme or reason to the allocations.

Sewell of Fort Worth was great for me. Sam was recommended from a neighbor and he got me an Earth OT as I wanted without roof rack and rock rails (doing aftermarket). Took 9 months but great experience from start to finish. They even had one to test drive in September 2025 when I got on the list.
