has anyone noticed their engine oil pressure going up to about 3/4 on acceleration? its is worse when it is cold. I've got 9700 miles on my OT+ and just noticed this over the past week. it may have always been doing this, and it is normal, but i just saw it. now im obsessing over it. Someone please tell me its normal

Completely normal. When its warm it should settle a little under halfways. Under heavy load/acceleration, you can see it climb back up to 3/4.

I'm pretty sure the GX oil pump is a mechanical pump attached with a chain to the crank. It'll turn faster, and the pressure will rise, with engine RPM. That's a normal situation for all engines I've had.
