Overtrail + Heater and Fan Questions

Hello all. Does anyone have questions about the heater and the highest fan setting not blowing air? While the car is comfortable, even with the concierge settings turned off, and some setting that supposedly directs air to occupied seats, with the fan set to max and the direction being to the top, very little air flows out the side vents- even with the center vents shut. So is this an intended feature, do the heater fans not blow or do I need to take it back to the dealer? Thank you in advance.

I’ve had a few Lexus now and they have all had a pretty strong bias for blowing air on feet rather than console vents.

GX actually seems better than average from that perspective

I changed my cabin air filter to the k&n and it seems to help. I found the idea from the Tundra forums because of same issue.
