I put down a small deposit to reserve my Premium at Longo Lexus, and I’m curious about a few things. I’d really appreciate any insights you can share in advance!
  • Wait time: How long did it take from placing your deposit to receiving your vehicle? I’m especially interested in the basic, no-frills Premium build.
  • Extras & add-ons: Longo promised nothing extra over MSRP, but did your vehicle come with any unnecessary packages or extras that you couldn’t remove and didn’t request?
  • Money factor/interest rate: Did Longo increase the money factor (MF) or interest rate beyond what was expected? Was it significantly higher than the rates listed on Edmunds?
Thanks so much for your time and help—I really appreciate it! 🙏

Here's my experience at Longo Lexus:
  • Overtrail Plus, Nori Green with Chateau, Received my preferred choice although I couldn't delete the Roof Rack, $500 deposit placed on July 8, 2024, Vehicle delivered on December 10, 2024.
  • With Longo what see on the Monroney sticker is what you get, nothing is added before sale of vehicle, if you want something added then you will have to buy the vehicle first.
  • Did not finance vehicle with Lexus as their best rate was 7.69 APR, ended up paying cash since the best rate I got was 5.69 via PenFed.
  • Longo is not pushy about warranties, GAP, tire package, etc. The finance mgr presents the options and it is up to you to accept or decline. I declined all available options.
Hopefully, you will get the vehicle soon. The wait can be long since there are 300 - 400 people on the waitlist. The 2025 model should be arriving shortly as the 24's should be gone by the end of this month.

Good luck.

Thank you very much for your reply. Looking for somebody to comment about leasing experiences at Longo as well. I know Longo does not charge over MSRP but do the jack up interest rate and or monkey around with residual value?

Placed on list in September and got a call 3 weeks later for a Nori Prem+. Delivery will be based on your specs and timing. Someone flaked and I lucked out.

Straight MSRP and they could not remove any port installed options. but what was on the Monroney sticker was what they charged. There is a reason their list is sooo long.

Finance rate was 6.25% for me from Lexus. Lease rates are not good on this vehicle, but that is not the fault of Longo. Will vary based on your credit and any other current market conditions

They are not pushy on any after purchase add-ons. They just want to get you in and out of there. They did take as much time as I needed to setup the car before I left.

I’m on the waitlist at Longo Lexus. After two months, I called to see if my name moved down on the list. They said their system was down last week and they couldn’t accurately tell me more or less, where I sat on the list. I didn’t expect delivery until after maybe April or May.
