I have a 2025 P+ and the lighted door sills did come with it.

Yes, this video is helpful. About a 5 minute installation. Note: The Lexus kit does include matching rear door sills as well, although they are not shown in the parts drawing and they do not illuminate.

This deal turned into an even better one! I honestly don't understand why Lexus and Toyota are so bad with item descriptions on their part sites!

Has anyone changed out the puddle lights on the new GX? The dealership changed ours to be their stinking light up billboard. I didn't love my experience so want to change them back to just Lexus or buy a custom. I just hate messing with this thing being brand new.

Yes, I just installed the puddle lights another member here recommended. They are very bright and have a large bright spot just under the door providing lots of light for night.
