Has anyone filed a claim with their windshield protection [warranty] plan purchased from their dealer? I purchased this product and now questioning its value. Small print attests they (dealer) applied some sort of product on the windshield with a product guarantee of 5 years. Product must have been applied well before I arrived otherwise, they snuck it on during closing (eyeroll). Regardless, I'm looking to see if anyone purchased something similar and had success with a claim.
As I write this, I'm wondering if I was sold something different than folks on this forum. The product I purchased is called 'Perma Plate' and has a five year and $5k aggerate limit. I think I may have just donated to the 'Lexus Suckers' fund.
