Turns out the front windshield is super short vertically. Anyone have any luck finding a collapsible sun shield for the inside that fits? Thanks in advance

Until Covercraft comes out with their folding one, I also went with the Weathertech. Fits great and works as it should, just a lot easier to fold one up than it is to roll it up.

I just received my sunshade from AutoMatePro, and it fits perfectly. It folds to about 8"-10" in width, has a reinforced backing, and has a reflective front. Approximately 52.00 delivered.

The AutoMatePro website has a vehicle menu but they only drill down to "GX" for a 2024 Lexus. Is this what you ordered? Do you have a picture of your sunshade installed by chance? Thank you!

I just received the WeatherTech sunshade from above and LOVE how perfect it fits the GX. Even the bulky sensor area behind the rearview mirror. Worth every penny....

I just received ours from here. Fits well and folds/twists nice. Fits between passenger seat and console easy.

I ordered this and immediately requested to return it. It's a sloppy fit behind the rear view mirror. The weathertech and Automate cut outs address this area much better than the spring type covers.

Honest question: why do people use these? Is it for temperature control?

I've never owned one, and have had 15+ year old vehicles with dashboards that look new, no fading or cracking issues if you just use UV protectant products to detail the car. I can't wrap my head around sticking one of these up there, taking it down and finding a place to store it every time I get in and out of the car.

Two reasons for me. One being temperature control as you had mentioned and the other is privacy when I'm sleeping in the car.

I ordered this one and I wish I hadn’t. Where do you store it when folded?? It’s huge! Doesn’t fit between the seat and console. I’ve had to put it in the trunk which is a pain.

See above in my post. That's why I ordered the twist and fold version. It may not be a perfectly clean as a flat fold design but it is thin when twisted up and fits nicely between the passenger seat and console. Cheap as well.

Yeah that looks like it works, unfortunately I ordered the other one that Gator99sky suggested. No fault to him, I should have researched a little more.

Has anyone come across a windshield sunshade that fits around the front camera? It’s heating up in Texas.
Thanks
