What are the conditions - no A/C? No roof rack? Minimal/no traffic? No Passenger? I did not see earlier this was a hypermiler experiment - but curious to hear.
No A/C, No roof rack, ZERO traffic, no passenger, empty car.

Report back how much you squeeze in. I’m betting 2+ gallons. And if I’m getting 22.3 mpg - that’s a hell of a lot of miles.kinda of crazy you were able to add ~2.5 gal after the first click. I’ll have to try that!
What is the weight of your truck currently? Mine currently sits at 6,860 lbs and my range is practically the same at 275. With a lift and large tires I will never see 300.I filled up at Costco today and after the regular two clicks after fill I got a range of 270. I'm averaging between 15.9 and 16.9 mixed city highway driving. I'm in Southern Cal so a lot of my freeway driving is stop and go.
When I’m out at Anza Borrego I would head to the CAT Scale in Thermal to weigh the truck. There’s another location in Mecca.I’m not sure. I have added weight with the wheels, tires and some weight with the roof rack minus the OEM rack and rails. Where do you get yours weighed?
