Device mirroring to infotainment system (9 Viewers)

I've seen a few tiktoks of little usb devices streaming to your infotainment systems was wondering how legit they are. Wanted to set up so I can stream from my phone (pixel) stuff like mlb tv, spectrum tv, etc. Any recommendations would be great. And no this won't be for driving purposes it will be for park and wait scenarios.

I use an Ottocast AIbox This one has the most RAM at the time and there is very little lag. usage requires tethering to your cell service or a dedicated wifi via some other method.
