GX550: Moisture in doors? Anyone else seeing this issue?

Ah, yes in that case the normal drains don't apply here. It could still be the source of your leak however.

Pop the door drain plugs out for a while & see if it helps. Been discussed on LC forum.

I am on my 5th GX (3 x 460, 2 x 550) and every single one had the same issue. You'll learn not to roll windows down after rains or carwash.
