I love the design and would have already placed an order if not for the "will not stick to ceramic coating" warning.
I have a similar one on my Jeep which uses bolts / clips under the hood, no glue, no physical contact with the top part of the hood. That's what I'm looking for. Especially in the >$300 price range.

edit: Wouldn't mind if it uses 3M tape on the underside of the hood. Assuming it holds.

edit 2: it also says "Off the hood design for easy cleaning and waxing", which makes it very confusing as to how it attaches.

I'd really appreciate it if someone can please verify how this actually connects.

the picture they use is the Australian Lexus Hood deflector. I thought they were just reselling the OEM one, but they may be selling a copy using the LEXUS OEM photo...so buyer beware if anyone tries to go for it.

I did not realize there's a Lexus OEM deflector. Done some research a while back and to the best of my understanding, this company makes the deflector and some dealers in Australia sells it under the Lexus brand, kind of like you can get an ARB fridge through Lexus accessories site. The dealer also mentions limited supply, and hints at the same provider.

Maybe they are the true manufacturer, but it's definitely OEM as it has it's own Lexus part number, but it's only available in Australia.

Part number PZQ156030A
