Oh, also ceramic coated the whole thing.

I was shocked to see how thin the OE paint is on the sides of the vehicle. I had gotten a few minor scuffs (see pics above) and was unable to fully polish them out before ceramic coating for fear of burning through the clearcoat. I had hopped Lexus was more careful about how much paint they put on than lowly Toyota, but I guess not.

Really impressive build so far. Thanks for sharing along.

Curious what made you choose Victory 4x4 over others like CBI?

Thanks.

On the front: Weight (Victory's is aluminum) and design (I like how svelt it is).

On the rear: Mostly looks.

Curious how the bottom looks like for the Victory one?

CBI one has the huge opening below it, you can basically see the wires and stuff. Not sure if the mud, sand, or snow will ever get stuck in there...

How da-fuq do I reset the "Maintenance Required" indicator?

I've searched pretty hard and even the instructions the AI's give me are wrong. There's nothing in the OBD software I can see either.

Hey Tig, truck looks great, really like your mods!

I saw the 911 in the background. I have a 992.1 (2023). In the front of the 992.1 there are large radiators just like the GX. I have the screens to guard from boucing rocks on the highway for the 992.1. Was there any room between the actual radiators and the mounting points for the plastic to fab something up similar to protect the radiators for the GX?

Thanks for the help, and congrats on the wedding/marriage!

I think so. I bet you can make it work.

I realized I never posted here that I got the VT Tuner tune on Inigo in Oct. My review: Worth it.

I'm excited to get the update that also fixes the transmission clunk installed.

Today at 5434 miles I did an oil change and rotated the tires. I wasn't going to do this, but I needed to put the rig up on the lift to install the mud flaps so might as well.

I'll be sending the oil into Blackstone because that's what I do.

The RallyArmor mudflaps worked great with the Victory 4x4 rear bumper. I was able to tap 4 M6 holes in the bumper and position the rears perfectly.

The fronts went on the way they are designed and fit well. Would recommend.
