I was pulling a small trailer this afternoon when I hit a bump and the hitch unlatched then popped off. 100% my stupidity. I should have used a cotter pin or something to prevent it from unlatching but it is what it is.
That said, any idea on how I can get this back to factory? I hit up my salesman at Sheehy Lexus and he gave me the number to their paint guy but he said to expect 85% perfection. I really want it back to factory but unsure where to start.
