It’s a terminology issue. So he does not sell prepaid maintenance programs for Lexus. He does sell Lexus. Extended warranties which some people use VSA to describe.

Also, it seems from our fellow owners on this forum, the best time to try to negotiate with your California dealer as it applies to a extended warranty or extended maintenance program, is when you are picking up your new vehicle.

I’m pretty happy with $3300 for the 10 year 100,000 mile warranty through Troy at Greenfield Toyota. It’s at least $700 better than the next best options here in California. Again, remember you have to have an out-of-state address that you can mail to., and that can receive mail under your name.
