How is the wind noise with the Overtrail Roofrack on the highway?

So, earlier this week, I finally test drove an OT+ with the roof rack. I found that, at highway speed, there was some wind noise which resembled a low tone occasional whistle which was more noticeable than just wind itself. It wasn't overly distracting, but it was there. I would have to see if it's something I would sublimely tolerate as a regular driver over time. My initial reaction is that I wouldn't remove it due to noise but won't know for sure until then. Now, as far as fitting in my garage, that would be another thing.... Overall, I was extremely impressed with the vehicle. Thanks for all the responses to my post. Hope this helps all of you.

It was the PIO RR that is the $1500 “option.”

I've had roof racks for 40 years. They all make noise of some sort.
My OT had left the factory, on its way to the port (Jacksonville). I sat down with my sales guy, and as we went over the dealer build sheet, found out there was time to make changes to port installed options (POI).
I'll never use a roof top rack, so delete (-1560). Got the rock rails changed to black running board. Deleted the trailer ball, -80 (have too many as it is), and a couple other tweaks.
So, POI can be changed before the port does the installation. Once the option is added, it will not be removed.

Roof rack weight limit is 165lb. I’m not sure if that’s unloaded or the total capacity.
So with such a low rating a roof top tent sleeping two adults will be out of the question? I’m still not sure of the bearing weight. Does that mean total weight over the bearing or just the weight of the rack?thanks for confirming! had seen that but wasn’t 100.
You would have to mount the Prinsu Pro Roof Rack made for the GX 550 to install a RTT that is over 165 lbs. When my time arrives I'm hoping for a OT+ with rock rails but no factory roof rack. I will purchase the Prinsu rack if available and have it installed before pickup. That's the plan anyway.
Thank you for asking. I liked everything about the vehicle. Only one thing grabbed my attention. The steering is exceptionally light. Is this due to the off-road tires or by design? I am used to feeling the road. I know I won't be performance driving but that is the one thing I noticed, not bad, just noticed. By the way I am new to the segment.
