Rear KDSS sway bar question

I intended to unbolt the links on both side of my Overtrail's KDSS rear sway bar but I didn't quite think it all the way through. I started on the passenger side (non KDSS piston side) and removed the upper link and the KDSS piston over on the driver's side immediately extended down. How does one get it back up into position?

Problem solved - I just used my floor jack to compress the piston when I was done.
