This mod might seem ridiculous to some but for my, (2 surgeries in 1-1/2 yrs. ) ailing lower lumbar I need the base to be more “laid back”. Maxed out the factory setting but still not enough. Amazon kit worked great. Huge difference in comfort.

Here you go. Yes, installed myself in 5 minutes. You’ll Need to drill one hole in the riser block to accept the locator pin on the underside of the Lexus rail. These are made of Delrin so it’s like drilling a stick of butter. Very easy. I can check on the drill bit size I used and mark the location for you but it’s fairly obvious once you pull the factory bolts which are torx btw.

To be clear are you only putting the two up front for more lean/front lift or all four for actual height? I like the idea of the front two.

Exactly! Just loosen the rear torx to allow front end lift. Ideally you would have a full length "wedge" shape that tapers front to back which would offer full length support of the rail. I didn't reef on the torque value much past 15 ft lbs especially on the front. The new bolts have as much or maybe even a few more threads engaged so not worried about holding strength in the event of an accident.
